What you will do in this role

As an Inside Sales Representative on our team, you will:

  • Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they’ve expressed interest in a product
  • Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction
  • Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences
  • Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teams
  • Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects
  • Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.

  • Are bilingual or proficient in Czech and advanced in English
  • Hold a high school diploma (minimum), with a preferred background in business, communications, or automotive studies
  • Bring experience in customer service or sales — ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, especially with executive-level or high-end clientele
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in the automotive industry and premium products
  • Are structured, professional, and discreet in handling sensitive topics like pricing or commercial offers
  • Are comfortable following a detailed, scripted call approach and submitting written reports post-interaction.

  • Base salary of 21,484 euros gross/year + up to 3,000 euros gross/year in bonus + private medical insurance
