The Role

The Inside Sales Representative (Customer Experience Executive) is responsible for generating revenue growth within a targeted area of the country. The successful candidate will help grow the customer (adjuster) base within their area, and ensure that our retention remains high. The candidate will know how to engage directly with our outside customers, as well as Enservio’s internal teams. Previous experience in property insurance is a plus but not a requirement as the higher priority is demonstrated success in reaching sales and revenue goals.

What You’ll Do

Goals:

  • Responsible for revenue growth within an assigned territory
  • Increase frequency of use from the adjusters within an assigned territory
  • Increase adjuster retention within an assigned territory

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for adjusters within an assigned territory
  • Build meaningful and trusted relationships with adjusters
  • Provide exceptional customer service experience
  • Win new assignments (claims) from adjusters
  • Responsible for post-claim follow-up and adhering to Enservio’s Cadence process
  • Manage the intake and delivery process
  • Work collaboratively with the Account Team for account planning, program implementations and advancing the Account Team strategy
  • Set proper expectations on process and service levels with customers and internal Operations Team

  • Ability to work in the Canton, MA office daily preferred
