As a member of the Sales Team for the Portuguese and Spanish markets, your primary responsibilities as an Inside Sales Representative will include:

  • Identify and recruit new sellers in Spain and Portugal, including pharmacies, parapharmacies, and brands, through phone and video calls to establish collaborations. Negotiate target catalogues for inclusion on the platform.
  • Onboard and train new sellers to the platform, providing initial guidance on sales, catalogue management, and strategies to optimise their performance within our seller network. Conduct follow-ups with existing sellers and offer additional services, such as Next Day delivery solutions.
  • Oversee order fulfilment and shipping processes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Provide comprehensive support by offering precise information on products, orders, shipping, and returns.
  • Address and resolve seller complaints and issues promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Seller Success, Catalogue, Marketing, and Warehousing teams, to resolve challenges related to order delays, incidents, or returns.
  • Analyse and monitor KPIs, ensuring performance targets are met and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a commercial role within e-commerce, marketplaces, or fast-growing companies. Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
  • Strong commercial and communication skills, with the ability to attract sellers and negotiate optimal agreements.
  • Excellent organisational and management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and KPIs to drive decision-making.
  • Adaptability to change, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-evolving environment.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities to address challenges efficiently and effectively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
  • Intermediate in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • C1 level in Spanish and Portuguese (Portugal).
  • English: medium level for professional communication is a plus.
