Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d)
To accelerate our global expansion and enhance our brand presence, we are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week. The role is based in our Madrid office, with immediate or ASAP start. Join us and become part of our dynamic team in Spain!
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the first contact for customers and partners, primarily via telephone and email.
- Engage proactively in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, to identify new business opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
- Respond promptly and reliably to customer inquiries, providing relevant information and customized offers.
- Maintain and expand our network of customers and sales partners.
- Qualify leads and guide them through the sales process until project completion.
- Assist sales partners in identifying sales potential and seizing sales opportunities.
- Conduct web meetings to present our Hornetsecurity services and Channel program to customers and partners.
- Oversee deal flow with partners (deal registration, trials, customer references, conversions).
- Manage adjustments and transactions between partners.
- Contribute significantly to sales growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Regularly update our CRM with relevant customer and deal information.
Your Profile
- At least 2 years of inside sales experience in the IT sector, preferably Cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in handling incoming calls.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving quarterly goals.
- Organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively amidst high workload.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
- Driven, ambitious, and eager to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Knowledge of Catalan or Italian is an asset.
