Formación

  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience in IT, preferably Cybersecurity.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, knowledge of Catalan is a plus.
  • Ambitious and driven with experience in a fast-paced environment.

To accelerate our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive (m / f / d) for 40 hours / week to start immediately or as soon as possible in our office in Madrid.

Your Job
  1. You are the first contact for our customers and partners - mainly via telephone and e-mail.
  2. You proactively engage in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, to identify and generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
  3. You respond to customer inquiries quickly and reliably by delivering relevant information and offering tailor-made solutions.
  4. You maintain and expand a network of customers and sales partners.
  5. You qualify leads and support them until project completion.
  6. You assist our sales partners in identifying sales potential and implementing sales opportunities.
  7. You hold web meetings to present our Hornetsecurity services and Channel program to customers and partners.
  8. You oversee deal flow with partners (deal registrations, trials, customer references, conversions).
  9. You manage adjustments and transactions between partners.
  10. You contribute significantly to sales growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  11. You update our CRM with relevant customer and deal information weekly.
Your Profile
  1. You have at least 2 years of inside sales experience in the IT field, preferably Cybersecurity.
  2. You are a strong communicator and enjoy handling customer calls.
  3. You are customer-oriented, helpful, and capable of building long-lasting relationships.
  4. You motivate yourself with your successes and pursue quarterly goals passionately.
  5. You are organized, know how to prioritize, and manage a high workload.
  6. You have very good MS Office skills.
  7. Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools is a plus.
  8. You are driven, ambitious, and eager to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  9. You are fluent in both Spanish and English.
  10. Knowledge of Catalan is considered an asset.
