To accelerate our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive (m / f / d) for 40 hours / week to start immediately or as soon as possible in our office in Madrid.
Your Job
- You are the first contact for our customers and partners - mainly via telephone and e-mail.
- You proactively engage in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, to identify and generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- You respond to customer inquiries quickly and reliably by delivering relevant information and offering tailor-made solutions.
- You maintain and expand a network of customers and sales partners.
- You qualify leads and support them until project completion.
- You assist our sales partners in identifying sales potential and implementing sales opportunities.
- You hold web meetings to present our Hornetsecurity services and Channel program to customers and partners.
- You oversee deal flow with partners (deal registrations, trials, customer references, conversions).
- You manage adjustments and transactions between partners.
- You contribute significantly to sales growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- You update our CRM with relevant customer and deal information weekly.
Your Profile
- You have at least 2 years of inside sales experience in the IT field, preferably Cybersecurity.
- You are a strong communicator and enjoy handling customer calls.
- You are customer-oriented, helpful, and capable of building long-lasting relationships.
- You motivate yourself with your successes and pursue quarterly goals passionately.
- You are organized, know how to prioritize, and manage a high workload.
- You have very good MS Office skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools is a plus.
- You are driven, ambitious, and eager to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- You are fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of Catalan is considered an asset.
