We're growing and continue to increase our global reach! For this, we are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Agent with a native level of Spanish language who will be part of our amazing Sales Team.

What you will do:

  • Support Clinics sales representatives in converting potential deals into closing sales;
  • Outbound (phone, emails, and WhatsApp) contact with potential patients;
  • Direct communication with financial institutions to negotiate and provide patients with the best payment options;
  • Collection management and recovery;
  • Recapture older leads to transform into new sales;
  • Work with your manager and teammates to improve our processes; we do care about your ideas!

What do you need to be successful in this position:

  • Native or bilingual level of Spanish language;
  • At least 1 year experience in sales;
  • Advanced level in English; any other language will be a plus;
  • Good command of IT skills and cloud services; we use Gsuite.
