What You’ll Be Doing (Hint: Not Just Teaching, but Changing Lives!)

Creating a Culture of Curiosity & Growth

• You’re not just managing a classroom—you’re building a mini-society of engaged, motivated learners.
• Helping students stay on track, set goals, meet deadlines, and take charge of their own learning.
• Challenging students to think critically, research deeply, and solve real-world problems.

Bringing Learning to Life

• No more boring, one-size-fits-all lessons—your students will collaborate with real businesses, organizations, and changemakers to solve problems that actually matter.
• Incorporate into your projectsexperiences that take students out of the classroom and into the real world.
• Teaching life skills—email etiquette, professional communication, planning, deadlines, teamwork (yes, we’re making these cool).

Being the Ultimate Guide & Mentor

• Checking in with students constantly to coach, inspire, and push them to be their best.
• Asking thought-provoking questions that make them dig deeper and find their own solutions.
• Teaching and modeling collaboration, empathy, adaptability, and leadership—aka, the skills they actually need for life.

Making Learning Personal & Meaningful

• One-on-one mentoring, small-group coaching, and inspiring students to LOVE learning.
• Celebrating effort, creativity, and curiosity—not test scores.
• Helping students discover their passions, strengths, and purpose.

Keeping It All on Track

• Updating gradebooks weekly (because yes, structure matters too).
• Communicating with students AND parents about progress, goals, and achievements.
• Making sure every student is thriving, not just coasting.

• Reading off PowerPoints like a robot.
• Sticking to outdated teaching methods
• Assigning busywork just to keep students "occupied."
• Ignoring emotional and social development—we educate the whole human, not just the brain.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Elementary Education or a related field).
• At least 3 years of experience working with students.

• Tech-savvy & excited about AI—we blend innovation with traditional learning.Our 2.5-hour Core Academics Learning Model uses AI-driven tools for personalized education.
• A creative problem-solver—because learning should never be one-size-fits-all.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with inquiry-based learning (aka, making education exciting).
• Coaching or mentoring experience.
• A background in Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or progressive education models.
