Formación

• Experiencia industrial en investigación y desarrollo con sistemas complejos.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo, fluidez en inglés y alemán o español.

Job Description:

YOUR TASKS:

• Drive Technological Advancements: Develop Nordex wind turbine generator technology and associated systems with your profound technical expertise and people management skills
• Project Leadership: Manage diverse and interdisciplinary project teams, providing strong technical guidance and fostering collaboration
• Engineering Excellence: Lead and conduct engineering analyses, studies, and calculations on key technical aspects
• Innovate: Initiate and drive innovation with a focus on cutting-edge technology
• Strategic Advisory: Serve as a technical advisor for product strategy, development, risk, and stakeholder management
• Effective Communication: Professionally document and communicate with all company functions, from the shop floor to the board level

YOUR PROFILE:

• Educational Background: Degree in engineering, applied science, or equivalent
• Industry Experience: Several years of industrial experience in research and development, ideally with complex systems
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of engineering analyses, studies, and calculations in wind turbine technology
• Collaborative Spirit: High degree of flexibility to work with all areas of the company in international and diverse teams
• Integration and Communication: Excellent communication, leadership, and integration skills, with advanced proficiency in English and German or Spanish
• Proactive and Decisive: Hands-on mentality with a strong decision-making personality
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in common IT tools such as MS Office and MS Project
