Markem:Imaje is seeking a Project Manager Data and Analytics to frame and execute the analytics roadmap in collaboration with IT Applications, IT Infrastructure, and global business teams.

You will lead SAP BW and Power BI initiatives, translate business needs into IT requirements, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while maintaining system availability. Fluency in English is required, and prior experience in international/matrix organizations is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, information technology or related field.
• 5+ years of professional IT experience in Data and Analytics.
• Experience managing and delivering Data and Analytics projects.
• Knowledge of SAP BW is mandatory.
• Fluent in English.

Location: Ideally Hybrid work arrangement based in Barcelona, Spain, or Warsaw (Kajetany), Poland. Or 1OO remote in Spain or Poland.

Role

The Project Manager Data and Analytics is part of a global team of professionals in the IT and Digital solutions team supporting the global Markem:Imaje (MI) business. The Project Manager D and A has to frame and execute the Analytics roadmap defined with the main business stakeholders. He/She will partner with IT colleagues in IT Applications, IT Infrastructure, Dover Information Technology, and with specific MI functional team such as Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial Operations.

What you will do

• Drive and execute Analytics projects (SAP BW, Microsoft Power BI)
• Help clarify the functional requirements with the business
• Deliver the needed developments in the Analytics solutions (BW, Fabric/Power BI...)
• Ensure availability of the analytics solutions by contributing to the support and evolution activities
• Ensure that the projects are delivered on time, on budget without impacting system availability
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of the global Analytics architecture
• Work closely with other members of the team and other departments, third party companies, and Dover's shared services (in India) to achieve the optimal service level
• Deliver proper documentation

What you need to have

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study
• 5+ years of professional IT experience in a substantial role related to Data and Analytics
• Experience in managing and delivering projects and evolutions related to Data and Analytics
• Knowledge of SAP BW is mandatory
• Microsoft Power BI knowledge is a strong plus
• The knowledge of the Hana database would be a plus
• Experience in Microsoft Fabric would be a plusKnowledge and experience with international and matrixial organization
• Proficient interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Ability to work closely with the business, translating business needs into IT requirements
• Understanding of both current and emerging technologies and supporting best practices
• Hands on mentality, independent and autonomous working approach. Identify procedural issues and propose solutions
