LA SALLE CAMPUS BARCELONA - RAMON LLULL UNIVERSITY is seeking a stakeholder engagement professional to connect industry players with the university's innovation ecosystem, driving impactful projects and shared-value opportunities.

You will identify collaboration opportunities, build a network of strategic partners, shape the portfolio of support services for mature startups, negotiate agreements, and foster active matchmaking across the La Salle Technova network.

Formación

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or similar fields.
• Master’s degree or Postgraduate in Innovation, Entrepreneurship or related disciplines valued.
• 3–5 years experience in similar roles within entrepreneurial/innovation ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Identify collaboration opportunities between companies, startups and other stakeholders.
• Build and strengthen a network of strategic partners, generating new business opportunities.
• Design, evolve and adapt the portfolio of support services for mature startups.
• Negotiate, formalize and monitor collaboration agreements for valuable projects.
• Foster networking spaces and matchmaking sessions between startups and partners.
• Advise and support mature startups in addressing innovation challenges.

LA SALLE CAMPUS BARCELONA - RAMON LLULL UNIVERSITY, specialized in educational programs in Engineering, Arts and Technology, Philosophy, Architecture and Business, is looking to incorporate into its organization a:

Your main mission will be to actively identify companies and/or institutions with innovation needs, connecting them with the entrepreneurial potential of La Salle Technova Park and its ecosystem to drive projects and shared-value opportunities.

What will you do in your day-to-day role?

• Identify collaboration opportunities between companies, institutions, startups and other stakeholders within the innovation ecosystem.
• Build and strengthen a network of strategic partners, generating new business and collaboration opportunities linked to La Salle Technova's services.
• Design, develop and evolve the portfolio of support services for mature startups within the La Salle Technova ecosystem, adapting it to their growth and consolidation needs.
• Negotiate, formalize and monitor collaboration agreements, transforming identified needs into valuable projects.
• Foster networking and connection spaces between startups, companies and potential partners through matchmaking sessions, presentations and events.
• Advise and support mature startups within the Park in addressing innovation challenges, facilitating collaboration between stakeholders and monitoring the initiatives launched.

What are we looking for?

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or similar fields. A Master’s degree or Postgraduate qualification in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Project Management or other related disciplines will be particularly valued.
• Knowledge of Open Innovation or other startup-corporate collaboration frameworks (Open Innovation, Design Thinking, Lean Methodology, etc.)
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in similar roles and responsibilities, with a proven track record within entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• High level of Catalan, Spanish and English.
• Availability to travel occasionally at national and international level to participate in conferences, trade fairs and institutional representation activities.
