Join us as the next Technology Innovation Sr Manager and explore exciting opportunities.

Work with inspiring colleagues in our informal and engaging offices in Barcelona and Vitoria. Lead the Procurement Startup Transformation program to drive digital procurement innovation and achieve $400 million in savings over three years. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, piloting new technologies, and scaling solutions across PepsiCo.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify strategic areas for startup tech innovation and develop clear briefs.
  2. Map and scout the procurement tech landscape continuously.
  3. Coordinate ecosystem immersions (virtual/in-person) for vendor scouting with effective engagement tools.
  4. Maintain CRM for startup discussions and status updates.
  5. Co-lead, with digital procurement owners, the execution of POCs/pilots.
  6. Coordinate with Legal on documentation like project kick-offs.
  7. Discover use cases for relevant technologies across functions.
  8. Work closely with Digital Procurement leaders to drive decision-making.
  9. Develop process flows to identify innovation opportunities.
  10. Plan and execute program events, including immersion sessions and stakeholder engagements.
  11. Create ongoing communications to update progress and foster an innovation culture.
  12. Establish incubation frameworks for horizon 2 & 3 technologies, focusing on developing specific use cases with vendors.
  13. Co-develop evaluation and stage gate processes with vendors for real-world pilots.
  14. Secure funding for strategic evaluations and development.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred (in Business Management, Finance, Purchasing, Accounting, or relevant Procurement Operations experience).
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-functional project teams.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills for senior management.
