First Spa Academy in Europe focusing on Luxury Hotels Spas, covering all areas of expertise required, from Massages and Aesthetics to Masters in Spa Management, including 5 Spa Protocols & Etiquette. The Academy offers both on-site and online training.

Job Description

The Spa Academy Manager will supervise, manage, and direct all activities related to student training, ensuring the maintenance of quality standards and satisfaction of both students and staff. The role involves interacting with internal departments, attracting potential students (leads), and closing enrollments, aligning with the company's vision and mission. This position reports directly to the CEO of Mayan Luxury Group, leaders in the Spa market.

Position Requirements
  • Academic Training: Higher education in educational management, spa, wellness, or related fields. Experience in sales and closing leads is a plus. Training in team and project management is valued.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role within the educational sector or managing wellness training centers. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, Spa Managers, or Trainers.
  • Skills: Advanced level of English is ESSENTIAL. Leadership and team management skills. Excellent internal and external communication skills.
  • Attitudes: Passion for continuous training and professional development. Proactive, flexible, results-oriented. Empathy, commitment, and a vocation for service.
