About the team

We're building a new CX Strategy Consulting team at Atento to help our clients reimagine the User Experience of their customers. This team will be responsible for understanding clients' needs and crafting holistic, end-to-end, tech-enabled CX solutions to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You will work with CX Business Consultants, CX Design Consultants, and CX Architecture Consultants to build custom CX solutions and promote Atento’s shift from call center solutions to a tech-driven holistic CX solutions provider.

About the job

As a CX Business Consultant, you will develop and implement customer-centric strategies aligned with client business objectives. Your responsibilities include conducting market research, creating compelling business cases, and presenting strategic proposals to client stakeholders, including C-level executives. You will collaborate with internal teams (technology and design) to ensure solutions are innovative and feasible.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategy Development: Create comprehensive CX strategies based on market analysis, customer insights, and business goals.
  2. Business Case Creation: Develop and present data-driven justifications for CX investments, measuring ROI and benefits.
  3. Client Engagement & Facilitation: Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic discussions with clients, including board-level presentations.
  4. Market Research & Benchmarking: Analyze trends, competition, and best practices to tailor CX solutions for industry-specific challenges.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design teams to align strategies with customer journey maps and with solutions architects to ensure technical viability.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting roles.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
  • Proven experience in creating business cases for CX or digital transformation.
  • Client-facing sales skills and boardroom experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients onsite.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
