What are we looking for? Barrabés.Biz is seeking an Open Innovation Consultant. Your main objective will be to play a key role in driving innovation capabilities based on an agile, intelligent, and scalable organizational and operational model.

Main Responsibilities:

• Facilitating and mentoring sessions for startups, large corporations, or public administrations involved in acceleration and open innovation processes.
• Executing assigned projects in accordance with established requirements and deadlines.
• Promoting open innovation through collaboration between large companies and digital startups/scaleups.
• Contributing directly to defining and organizing actions and events, from conceptual design to validation and execution.

Requirements:

• C1 English level
• Academic background: Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Communication, or a related field.
• Additional training: Knowledge and/or training in innovation methodologies or techniques such as Design Thinking, Open Innovation, or Lean Startup.
• Experience: At least 2 years in innovation consulting facilitation of innovation and digital transformation projects.
