Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Launch, test, and scale high-impact partnerships across digital platforms, optimizing for growth at every stage.
2. Analyze performance data to uncover insights, spot trends, and drive smarter decisions across multiple campaigns and channels.
3. Take full ownership of KPIs—constantly refining strategies to improve revenue, efficiency, and partner success.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—internal and external, local and global—to align goals, solve challenges, and execute high-performing campaigns.
5. Build and nurture strategic partner relationships, identifying upsell opportunities and unlocking long-term value.
6. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms, always testing new models and pushing boundaries to remain a step ahead.
7. Represent the company with intelligence and integrity, becoming a trusted advisor to partners while driving measurable results.

Basic Requirements

• English speaker - a must
• Comfortable working with analytical data
• Strong interpersonal skills for client, management, and peer interactions
• Bachelor’s degree required

• Detail-oriented with a big-picture perspective
