Your role and work environment:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join the COO Reporting Team within the COO domain. The team's responsibility is to establish a future-ready, data-driven COO domain through simplified and automated data access and reporting.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and automate reports and dashboards, gathering stakeholder requirements to meet their Business Intelligence and analytical needs.
- Conduct quantitative analyses to translate data into actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making for key projects.
- Manage and respond to internal and external requests, including various reporting requirements.
- Prepare updates on business and performance metrics (OKRs/KPIs) for performance reporting.
What are we looking for?

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with analytical tools supporting data evaluation and reporting, querying large complex data sets (PL/SQL, SAS, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python and BI tools such as PowerBI or MicroStrategy.
- Experience using analytics, metrics, and benchmarking to inform decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and demonstrate a can-do attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexible, dynamic, and capable of working in multidisciplinary environments in coordination with other areas.
