Job Description:

We are seeking French Client Operations Executives to join our Customer Relationship Center. In this role, you will support our clients to help us achieve our main objective: “Delivering unique holidays to our customers.” Candidates should be based in Mallorca.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Respond to client queries via phone and email in a proactive, courteous, and helpful manner.
  • Resolve all client requests, issues, and complaints promptly and accurately, following established policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain good client relationships and achieve high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and suggest improvements during daily work.
  • Negotiate appropriate compensation, refunds, or solutions.
Position Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Flexibility to support the Global Support team as needed.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, as the role involves active listening and solution finding.
