As a Legal Expert, you will consult and support the managers of TecAlliance to ensure compliance with the organization’s constitutional and regulatory requirements. Join our team and contribute your expertise to help us navigate complex legal landscapes while driving our mission forward!

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Support management in identifying and managing liability issues to minimize violation risks.
  2. Implement corporate law and M&A requirements and support the implementation of EU regulations and laws (e.g., CSRD, CSDDD, LKSG).
  3. Manage export control laws, sanctions, and embargos.
  4. Provide legal support for national and international projects and activities.
  5. Assist and proxy for the Compliance Manager / Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance.
  6. Support management of Whistleblowing process.
  7. Offer in-house legal consultancy on liability matters.
  8. Prepare for and support legal disputes, including coordination of external lawyers and explaining / clarifying legal opinions to relevant departments.
  9. Establish local guidelines under global policies as needed.
  10. Prepare legal risk assessments and advise on mitigation strategies.
  11. Consult management and officers on Governance, Risk & Compliance topics.
  12. Collaborate with external parties, local specialists, and investigative authorities.
Requirements :
  1. Master’s degree, second state law examination, or an equivalent qualification in commercial law.
  2. 5+ years of experience with a generalist approach and willingness to explore unknown legal areas and systems.
  3. Structured, cross-departmental thinking and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
  4. Strong understanding of global business requirements and ethics in a dynamic environment.
  5. Ability to work independently and in teams, maintaining high quality standards.
  6. Business fluent English and German (C1 level), both spoken and written.
  7. Excellent communication, intercultural skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  8. Strong sense of responsibility and resilience.
  9. Willingness to travel occasionally.

  • Full Remote or Hybrid: We work 80-100% remotely with regular on-site team events.
