Legal Expert Role
As a legal expert, you will consult and support TecAlliance's management to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Join our team and contribute your expertise to navigate complex legal landscapes while advancing our mission!
Key Responsibilities :
- Support management in identifying and managing liability issues to minimize violation risks.
- Implement corporate law and M&A requirements, supporting the implementation of EU regulations (e.g., CSRD, CSDDD, LKSG).
- Manage export control laws, sanctions, and embargos.
- Provide legal support for national and international projects and activities.
- Assist and act as proxy for the Compliance Manager / Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance.
- Support management of the Whistleblowing process.
- Offer in-house legal consultancy on liability matters.
- Prepare for and support legal disputes, including coordinating external lawyers and clarifying legal opinions.
- Establish local guidelines under global policies as needed.
- Prepare legal risk assessments and advise on mitigation strategies.
- Consult management and officers on Governance, Risk & Compliance topics.
- Collaborate with external parties, local specialists, and investigative authorities.
Requirements :
- Master’s degree, second state law examination, or equivalent in commercial law.
- 5+ years of experience with a generalist approach, willing to explore unknown legal areas and systems.
- Structured, interdisciplinary thinking and teamwork skills.
- Strong understanding of global business requirements and ethics in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, maintaining high quality standards.
- Business fluent English and German (C1 level), spoken and written.
- Excellent communication, intercultural skills, and a solution-oriented approach.
- High sense of responsibility, resilience, and willingness to travel occasionally.
