• Designing and setting in motion the CIO Office
• Corporate PMO Service and IT Governance Support
• Identfy, Spain's first Open Source digital wallet, facilitates autonomous and decentralized traceability in blockchain for the veterinary sector
• Design and implementation of an integrated process management system
• Document Management of the Electronic Health Record of the SCS
• Consultancy and technical assistance for the digital transformation towards a “Smart Port” concept
• Platform specialised in detecting international business opportunities for Colombian companies
• Expansion of the Service Desk internationally
