Job Description: Customer Service

Company: TeamFicient (TF)

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $800 - $1100 (Negotiable for highly experienced candidates)

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and sales skills. You will handle customer inquiries, provide product or service information, and identify sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally; provide accurate information; resolve complaints; process returns/exchanges.
• Sales Support: Identify sales opportunities; cross-sell and upsell; meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain understanding of products/services; stay updated on new launches and promotions.
• Order Processing: Process orders, returns, and exchanges; ensure follow-up.
• Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams; provide feedback for improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build empathy and deliver excellent service.
• Sales-oriented mindset; proficiency in CRM and office tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in remote customer service or sales environment.
• English level C1-C2 required.
