RDT is seeking an experienced eBOP Engineer to lead the technical lifecycle of wind farm projects, from offer engineering through construction, energization, and commissioning. You will act as the core technical interface between internal stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and grid operators, ensuring all electrical infrastructures meet contractual scope and grid code requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Follow transfer of information from offer/basic engineering to construction engineering.
• Collect inputs for construction engineering.
• Review contracts to understand scope and specifications.
• Review technical documentation for compliance with specs and interfaces.
• Control Construction BOQ to avoid deviations from contract.
• Review equipment offers and electrical works.
• Ensure documentation complies with local standards.
• Supervise equipment/material specs for purchasing.
• Serve as client/owners engineer interface within contract planning.
• Hand over documentation and record engineering docs.
• Support BOP TOF staff in customer/contractor meetings.
• Be the technical interface with clients and subcontractors.
• Lead Grid Code compliance studies and related modeling.

We are seeking an experienced eBOP Engineer to lead the technical lifecycle of wind farm projects, from the transition of basic/offer engineering to construction, energization, and commissioning. In this role, you will act as the core technical interface between internal stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and grid operators, ensuring all electrical infrastructures comply with contractual scope, technical specifications, and grid code requirements.

Some of the main tasks of eBOP engineer scope are: P&C engineering, electromechanical design, metallic structures, foundations for electrical equipment and substation buildings, electrical calculations, lightning system, power quality.

Key Responsabilities

• -Follow up of the transfer procedure for the information from offer engineering or basic engineering to construction engineering.
• -Collecting and organizing the inputs for the construction engineering.
• -Revision of contracts in order to understand the scope, planning, technical specifications, etc.. focusing on the engineering and commissioning process.
• -Thorough revision of the technical documentation that is submitted taking into consideration the technical specifications, interfaces and project constrains.
• -Thorough revision & control of the Construction engineering BOQ, in order not to have deviations from what was offered or was included in the contract.
• -Revision of the technical offers for the equipment, and the electrical works.
• -Making sure the engineering documentations complies with the local standards and technical specifications.
• -Supervision of the equipment and materials specifications for purchasing according to projects specs.
• -Responsible for the client and utility engineering approvals, also Owners engineer if any, within the contract planning.
• -Hand over process of the documentation.
• -Record the engineering documentation according to the above procedure.
• -Support BOP TOF staff in charge of the project in some customer and contractor meeting
• -Responsible for being the technical interface with the client and owners engineer if any, as well as the technical interface with the subcontractors.
• - Technical responsible of the Grid Code Compliance studies, ensuring the grid compliance, according to the grid connection conditions, grid code, WTG, PPC models and FACTS models if any
• - Expertise in P&C engineering
• - Electrical calculations and electromechanical design.
• - Office 365 (excel, word, Sharepoint), AutoCAD, DigSilent and PSSE
• - Highly value: knowledge of the wind turbine, construction processes and management of workflows.
