The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, high-quality applications and be comfortable working across the entire stack. Fluency in Spanish is required for this role.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Java for backend development.
• Solid knowledge of OpenCV and version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with GitHub and collaborative open-source development.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, development, and web services.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Develop and maintain robust web and platform applications using Java.
• Create efficient, reusable components for front-end or CLI tools.
• Design, optimize, and maintain platform and infrastructure components with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and other developers to deliver an intuitive and resilient development platform.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement automated tests, deployment processes, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
