A leading retail company is seeking a skilled software developer to join their Data & AI initiative. This permanent position offers an opportunity to work on cloud-native solutions, develop REST APIs, and play a critical role in a dynamic, innovative team. Candidates should possess strong software development skills, particularly in Kubernetes and Golang, as well as a problem-solving mindset. This hybrid role allows for flexibility while contributing to impactful technology projects.

Formación

• Solid experience in software development and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in Golang with familiarity in Kafka, Spark, Airflow, and Dremio.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.

Responsabilidades

Location : Spain | Hybrid (2 days / month in Barcelona city center)

Contract : Permanent | End Client : Large Retail Company

Join a leading retail company and shape the future of Data & AI infrastructure in a cloud-native environment!

What you’ll do :

• Build and evolve a sovereign Data & AI platform in the cloud
• Design system architecture and integrate relevant open-source projects
• Develop REST APIs for lifecycle control of cloud services
• Create Kubernetes operators to automate service deployment and scaling
• Take full ownership within an agile product team (You Build It – You Run It!)
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues with sustainable, hands-on solutions

What we’re looking for :

• Passion for cutting-edge tech in BI, AI, and cloud environments
• Solid experience with software development & Kubernetes
• Proficient in Golang
• Familiar with tools like Kafka, Spark, Airflow, Dremio
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn & share knowledge
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher
