Accountabilities and Deliverables

1. Contribute to the design and development of software components within quality standards.
2. Define, implement, and contribute to User Experience guidelines collaboratively.
3. Resolve issues, defects, and queries promptly during all development phases.
4. Follow configuration management processes for deployment.
5. Adhere to development processes, protocols, methods, and tools.
6. Conduct quality reviews of own and peers' deliverables.
7. Estimate effort for technical tasks.
8. Report progress regularly and escalate issues as needed.
9. Mentor and coach junior staff members.
10. Support clients when necessary.
11. Stay updated with latest technologies and processes.
12. Develop knowledge of client business, products, markets, and regulatory requirements.

Key Relationships

1. Work closely with the delivery team, including analysts, Quality Engineers, and other Engineers.
2. Collaborate with Product Managers to enhance user experience.
3. Coordinate with your engineering team lead on development quality.
4. Engage with other delivery teams and colleagues to meet project goals.
5. Participate in discussions with clients about project matters.
6. Meet regularly with your engineering team lead for personal progress and development.
