Accountabilities and Deliveries

• Contribute to the design and development of software components within quality standards.
• Define, implement, and contribute to User Experience guidelines collaboratively.
• Resolve issues, defects, and queries promptly during all development phases.
• Follow configuration management processes for deployment.
• Adhere to development processes, protocols, and tools.
• Conduct quality reviews of own and peers' deliverables.
• Provide estimates for technical tasks.
• Report progress regularly and escalate issues as needed.
• Mentor and coach junior staff members.
• Support clients when necessary.
• Stay updated on latest technologies and processes.
• Gain knowledge of clients’ business, products, markets, and regulatory requirements.

Key Relationships

• Collaborate closely with your delivery team, including analysts, QA engineers, and other developers.
• Work with Product Managers to enhance user experience.
• Coordinate with your engineering team lead on development quality.
• Engage with other teams and colleagues to deliver project goals.
• Possibly discuss project matters with clients.
• Meet regularly with your engineering lead for personal development discussions.
