Job Description Summary

As a Process Engineer, you will provide technical support to manufacturing operations and lead process improvement projects in collaboration with maintenance and quality departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Control, monitor, and evaluate manufacturing processes to mitigate losses (Performance/OEE, Waste, Quality notifications) and implement continuous improvement methodologies.
2. Plan and perform problem solving and root-cause analysis.
3. Understand processes to implement best practices and standardize working methodologies.
4. Lead or support manufacturing projects (material changes, process improvements, etc.) through design control processes, ensuring well-documented research and analysis.
5. Demonstrate strong drive for results and accountability for successful task and project completion.
6. Ensure compliance with BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through communication, training, and education of engineering principles.

About You

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering (mechanical, electrical, biomedical).
• Proficiency in English.
• 1-3 years of experience with manufacturing processes.
