Le candidat supervisera les équipes techniques sur site, assurera la conformité aux normes de qualité et de sécurité, et soutiendra des projets de rénovations et de nouvelles constructions. Ce rôle est idéal pour ceux qui ont de solides compétences en gestion, un diplôme technique et au moins 5 ans d'expérience en maintenance.

Formación

• Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en environnement de maintenance de bâtiments.

• Certification en santé et sécurité (NEBOSH / IOSH) requise.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead daily technical operations at our facilities. You will manage on-site technical teams and subcontractors, ensuring exceptional service and compliance with quality, safety, and budget standards. You will also provide regional technical support, promoting process standardization and knowledge sharing.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (QHSE).
• Supervise preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance of technical systems.
• Manage the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS - Maximo).
• Lead technical audits and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external clients.
• Coordinate and evaluate the performance of technical vendors.
• Administer the annual technical services budget and monitor expenses.
• Support renovation, adaptation, and new construction projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and team development.

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements :

• Technical degree in electrical, mechanical, or similar fields.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in building maintenance environments.
• Extensive knowledge of installation systems and facilities management.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency with computer tools and CMMS systems.
• Health and safety certification (NEBOSH / IOSH).
• Knowledge of technical drawing and installation design.
