Une entreprise internationale, Proyeco El Salvador, recrute un ingénieur civil pour superviser et coordonner des équipes sur des projets d'ingénierie. Le candidat doit avoir au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets, être proactif et posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication. Ce poste est à pourvoir à la succursale de Valencia.

Formación

• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets ou en travaux de construction.
• Profil proactif avec d'excellentes compétences en communication.
• Expérience en structures et/ou secteur ferroviaire est très valorisée.

Responsabilidades

• Supervision et coordination des équipes multidisciplinaires dans le développement de projets.
• Préparation de la documentation technique et assistance technique pendant la construction.
• Planification, gestion et suivi des projets d'ingénierie.

Position: Civil Engineer, ICCP or ITOP

Principales Funciones

• Supervision and coordination of multidisciplinary teams in project development.
• Preparation of technical documentation (reports, plans, specifications, budgets) and technical assistance during construction.
• Planning, management, and monitoring of engineering projects.

Requisitos

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project drafting and/or construction management in Civil Engineering.
• Proactive profile with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in planning and supervising office work.
• Ability to work in a team and manage conflicts.
• Experience in structures and/or railway sector is highly valued.
