We are seeking a Jefe / a de Obra for photovoltaic plants in Málaga. The main responsibilities include :

• Ensuring safety, budget, quality, and schedule compliance on site.
• Managing resources to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Overseeing work development according to project plans, reporting changes to the project engineer.
• Ensuring legal and institutional compliance related to construction activities.
• Monitoring finishes and applying best practices as per project specifications.
• Guaranteeing operation, control, and troubleshooting during the PR period and prior to PA signing, with support from the monitoring team.

Requirements

• Experience as a site manager in photovoltaic projects.
• Willingness to travel and be on-site during the project duration (installations are within Spain).
• Excellent organizational and subcontractor coordination abilities.
• Experience coordinating personnel on-site.
• Ability to select work teams.
