Descripción del empleo

Implement the company’s vendor management guidelines in EMEA, LATAM, and US by securing strategic suppliers and obtaining suitable products and services in competitive and reliable conditions, in terms of quality and total cost of ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Negotiate global contracts and manage the review of global/framework agreements.
  2. Draft contracts and engage with functional owners, legal departments, and vendors, including organizing bilateral knowledge sharing sessions.
  3. Maintain agreements database, track contract expiry dates, and ensure timely extensions.
  4. Ensure vendor compliance with agreements, terms, conditions, and company policies.
  5. Manage relationships with vendors, facilitate review meetings, and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Liaise with operations to establish and review SLA and KPI parameters.
  7. Prepare and coordinate RFP processes, manage purchase-to-pay cycles via RFQ/RFI/RFP, and organize tenders.
  8. Deliver cost reductions and optimize expenses.
  9. Follow purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  10. Support the Vendor Management Director in supplier management according to company standards.

General Requirements

  • Experience in vendor management within a multinational organization, including proven contract negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, familiarity with CIT, FLM, SLM markets is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of finance and legal issues.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and oral).
  • IT literacy.
  • University degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work under time pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity.
  • Proven experience in cost-saving programs.
