Implement the company’s vendor management guidelines in EMEA, LATAM and US by securing strategic suppliers and getting suitable products and services in competitive and reliable conditions, in terms of quality, and total cost of ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Global Contracts Negotiation
Managing the efficient negotiations and review of global / framework agreements
Being responsible for the contracts drafting process
Engagement with functional owners, legal department and Vendors, including organization and participation in bilateral knowledge sharing sessions
Maintaining agreements database, tracking contracts’ expiry dates and assuring the extensions are signed in a due time
Ensuring Vendors’ compliance to agreements, terms and conditions, Euronet policies and standards
Managing Relationship with Vendors
Facilitating review meetings with Vendors and functional owners, identifying the areas of improvement and follow up of resolution of escalated Vendor-related issues
Liasing with operations in order to establish and review SLA and KPI parameters
Tendering process
Prepare and coordinate RFP process
Manage Purchase to Pay cycle via RFQ / RFI / RFP by organizing various tenders
Deliver the costs reduction and its optimization
Follow respective purchasing policies and procedures in conjunction with Vendor Management Director and in order to guarantee compliance with internal regulations
Support Vendor Management Director in suppliers management according to the company’s purchasing and quality standards
Support Vendor Management Director in decision making process, reporting, summaries, overviews
General Requirements
Experience in vendor management within a multinational organization, including proven experience in contracts negotiation and its drafting process (as a MUST!), vendor performance management, preparation and evaluation of RFPs
Prior experience within the financial services industry, familiarity of CIT, FLM, SLM market will be considered as a strong asset
Knowledge of Finance and Legal issues
Fluency in Spanish and English (both, written and oral)
IT literate
University degree in Business Administration or Finance
