• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with a Bachelor's in Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and PLM software.

Responsabilidades

Job Description:

Production Management

Your Tasks

1. Establish work instructions and planning documents for electrical pre-assembly in collaboration with the headquarters.
2. Determine production times and calculate manufacturing costs.
3. Manage production planning and control, including missing material coordination and order release/technical completion.
4. Provide technical supervision, support, and continuous improvement of electrical pre-assembly operations.
5. Initiate and implement construction or process changes.
6. Moderate problem-solving between engineering, quality department, and shopfloor team.
7. Support engineering regarding productivity of aerostructures and optimizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience; a master's degree is desirable.
• Good knowledge of SAP, PLM software such as Siemens Teamcenter, CAD, and MS Office.
• Practical lean manufacturing experience and mindset.
• Application in English required.
• Language skills: C1 in Spanish and English required; German is an advantage.
• Willingness to support the start-up phase of our new factory.
• Structured working and communication style suitable for a dynamic environment.
