Role Overview

We are seeking a technical profile with experience in industrial environments to manage and control shift production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and deadline compliance. Your mission will be to improve processes, implement operational changes, and monitor your production shift's performance.

Responsibilities
  1. Control daily production during your shift, ensuring timelines, quality, and traceability.
  2. Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements in production processes.
  3. Coordinate the operational team to ensure workflow continuity.
  4. Analyze KPIs and propose continuous improvement actions.
  5. Supervise advanced machinery (3D printing, laser cutting, thermoforming).
  6. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and R&D to introduce new technologies and materials.
  7. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and good manufacturing practices.
Requirements
  • Degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of digital manufacturing technologies (preferred).
  • Experience with traceability systems and ISO standards.
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts if necessary.
