Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en un rol similar.
• Experiencia en licitaciones de mantenimiento.

Responsabilidades

• Estudiar y analizar documentos de licitación.
• Redactar ofertas, informes y presupuestos.
• Realizar estudios térmicos y proyectos de electricidad y climatización.
• Visitar clientes para evaluar los requisitos de trabajo.

We are currently seeking an Engineer of Maintenance Bid Studies.

Within the Technical Office department, your role will be to study and prepare the necessary documentation to submit assigned tenders, following the guidelines of the Public or Private Body issuing the tender, aiming for successful award.

Reporting to the Head of the Technical Office, your responsibilities will include:

1. Studying and analyzing tender documents.
2. Drafting offers, reports, and budgets.
3. Conducting small thermal studies and projects (electricity and climate control).
4. Visiting clients to assess work requirements.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Maintenance Tenders.

• Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week, with shifts starting between 8:00-8:30 and ending between 17:15-17:45, with a 1-hour lunch break. Fridays from 8:00-15:00. July and August from 8:00-15:00.
