COMSA Service busca un Ingeniero de Estudio de Licitaciones de Mantenimiento para su departamento de Oficina Técnica. Este profesional será responsable de preparar la documentación para licitaciones y asegurar la adjudicación de proyectos, en un entorno de trabajo colaborativo y de crecimiento profesional. Se ofrece un contrato permanente con un horario completo y un ambiente de trabajo positivo.

Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en una posición similar.
• Experiencia en licitaciones de mantenimiento es preferida.

We are currently selecting a Maintenance Bidding Study Engineer.

Within the Technical Office department, you will be responsible for studying and preparing the necessary documentation to submit assigned bids, according to the guidelines of the Public or Private Organization issuing the tender, to secure the award.

Depending on the Head of the Technical Office, your functions will include:

1. Studying and analyzing the tender documents.
2. Drafting offers, reports, and budgets.
3. Conducting small thermal studies and projects (electricity and climate).
4. Visiting clients to assess work requirements.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in Maintenance Tenders.

• Permanent contract.
• Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week, starting between 8:00 and 8:30 am, ending between 5:15 and 5:45 pm, with 1 hour for lunch; Fridays from 8:00 to 3:00 pm. In July and August, from 8:00 to 3:00 pm.
