COMSA Service busca un Ingeniero de Licitaciones de Mantenimiento para el departamento de Oficina Técnica. El candidato será responsable de estudiar la documentación de licitación, redactar ofertas y realizar visitas a clientes. Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posición similar.

COMSA Service, part of the maintenance, conservation, and services business unit of the COMSA Corporación group, carries out comprehensive and specific maintenance for buildings, infrastructure, and industries. We are currently selecting a Maintenance Tendering Engineer.

Within the Technical Office department, your role will involve studying and preparing the necessary documentation to submit assigned tenders, following the guidelines of the Public or Private Organization issuing the tender, to secure the award.

Under the supervision of the Technical Office Manager, your functions will include:

1. Studying and analyzing tender documents.
2. Drafting offers, reports, and budgets.
3. Conducting small thermal studies and projects (electricity and climate).
4. Visiting clients to assess work requirements.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in Maintenance Tenders.

• Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week, with working hours from 8:00 to 8:30 AM and from 5:15 to 5:45 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break, and from 8:00 to 3:00 PM on Fridays. July and August from 8:00 to 3:00 PM.
