We are currently selecting a / an Maintenance Tender Study Engineer.

Within the Technical Office department, the role involves studying and preparing the necessary documentation to submit assigned tenders, following the guidelines of the Public or Private Organization issuing the tender, to secure the award.

Under the supervision of the Technical Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Studying and analyzing tender documents.
2. Drafting offers, reports, and budgets.
3. Conducting small thermal studies and projects (electricity and climate).
4. Visiting clients for work assessment.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in Maintenance Tenders.

• Permanent contract.
• Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week, starting between 8:00 and 8:30 AM, ending between 5:15 and 5:45 PM, with 1 hour for lunch, and from 8:00 to 3:00 PM on Fridays. July and August from 8:00 to 3:00 PM.
