Capgemini in Spain seeks an experienced Cybersecurity Service Coordinator to join a governance and SOC service for a major healthcare client. The role focuses on coordinating service delivery, ensuring adherence to objectives and contributing to operational cybersecurity activities.

You will monitor KPIs, prepare executive reports and dashboards, collaborate with technical and business teams to strengthen the security posture, and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity projects or managed security services.
• Experience coordinating cybersecurity teams, services or projects.
• Experience in SOC operations and cybersecurity service management.
• Knowledge of security governance, risk management and service reporting.
• Experience creating executive reports, dashboards and service performance documentation.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF or similar standards is highly valued.
• Fluent Catalan is required at C1/C2 level.

Description and Location

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Service Coordinator to join a cybersecurity governance and SOC service delivered to a major client in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will coordinate service delivery while actively contributing to operational cybersecurity activities, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service, effective risk management, and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate cybersecurity service delivery and ensure compliance with agreed service objectives.
• Support the operation and continuous improvement of Security Operations Center (SOC) services.
• Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives, projects and operational activities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and report service metrics, KPIs and cybersecurity performance indicators.
• Support security governance activities, including risk analysis, reporting and process improvement.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards and presentations for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to strengthen the security posture of the organization.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation service when required (approximately one week per month).

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity projects or managed security services.
• Experience coordinating cybersecurity teams, services or projects.
• Experience in SOC operations and cybersecurity service management.
• Knowledge of security governance, risk management and service reporting.
• Experience creating executive reports, dashboards and service performance documentation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability to work on-site in Barcelona two days per week.
• Availability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

University degree in a technical field, such as:

• Computer Science
• Telecommunications Engineering
• Information Systems
• Or equivalent technical studies

This position requires fluent Catalan (C1/C2 level).

Certifications (Mandatory)

Candidates must hold at least two active cybersecurity certifications from recognized organizations such as:

• CISSP, CCSP, SSCP
• CISM, CISA, CRISC
• Security+ or CASP+
• GIAC / SANS certifications
• Practical DevSecOps certifications
• Other equivalent cybersecurity certifications

Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF or similar standards is highly valued. Participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation outside standard business hours is required (approximately one week per month).
