A leading technology company is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager for a 6-month contract with possible extension. You will coordinate IT project delivery across the EMEA region, ensuring projects align with business needs and are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires expertise in cloud services, data center technologies, and strong project management skills, making it a pivotal position in our dynamic team.

Formación

• 5 years in IT project management preferably in global/offshore environments.
• PMP certification required, knowledge of SCRUM and ITIL v3.
• Expertise in Cloud services (AWS mandatory; Azure a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee infrastructure service delivery ensuring SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with architects and managed service providers.

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our dynamic team supporting a global leader in Cloud AI and Digital technologies. In this role you will be the single point of contact for coordinating IT project delivery across the EMEA region ensuring seamless service alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical project manager overseeing infrastructure service delivery and ensuring SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with architects and managed service providers to design and implement solutions.
• Coordinate third-party suppliers and validate project acceptance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and transition smoothly into operations.
• Monitor service performance drive improvements and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Uphold Health & Safety standards and align practices with global IT policies.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Education : Bachelors degree in IT or related field.
• Certifications : PMP (mandatory) SCRUM and ITIL v3.
• Experience :
• 5 years in IT project management preferably in global / offshore environments.
• Expertise in Cloud services (AWS mandatory; Azure a plus) and Data Centre technologies (Cisco UCS VCE EMC).
• Strong understanding of ITIL ITSM and Agile / Waterfall methodologies.
• Soft Skills :
• Exceptional communication stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
• Autonomous adaptable and able to thrive in a multicultural matrixed organization
