CONVOTIS Iberia is hiring a Monitoring Engineer to operate and enhance our monitoring stack. You will manage Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana and InfluxDB, configure alerts, and document network environments for client and internal projects.

You’ll work independently within a flexible, hybrid model and participate in shift rosters including nights and weekends. We seek 5+ years of relevant experience, strong Linux/Windows and database knowledge, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience (excluding education programs)
• Hands-on knowledge of Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana and time series databases such as InfluxDB
• Strong networking skills; IPv4/IPv6 expertise
• Experience with notification mechanisms and escalation processes
• Foundation in Linux, Windows and databases
• Structured, independent work style with strong documentation mindset
• Hands-on, practical skills prioritized over certifications
• Fluent English and Spanish; German a plus

Responsabilités

What To Expect

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, not counting education programs or internships
• Extended hands‑on knowledge of Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana and time series databases such as InfluxDB
• Solid networking skills and in-depth knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6
• Experience with notification mechanisms and escalation processes
• A solid foundation in Linux, Windows and databases
• A structured, independent way of working and a strong documentation mindset
• Real hands‑on expertise: we value proven practical skills over product‑specific certifications
• Fluent English and Spanish
