Your Responsibilities

1. Manage the global server infrastructure and enterprise SAN architecture, overseeing connectivity and configuration.
2. Assist the product owner in the continuous improvement of the product by integrating new technologies and recommending changes that support the business in meeting company goals.
3. Provide L3 escalation support for critical systems as needed.
4. Manage organization and inventory of all infrastructure hardware and software resources.
5. Conduct routine audits of infrastructure hardware and software to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
6. Coordinate and implement infrastructure changes according to ITIL framework.
7. Deploy server software installations, configurations, and upgrades.
8. Standardize with other chapter members to ensure the services are delivered the same way across products.

Your Profile

1. Strong technical background in system administration/engineering with 5+ years experience.
2. Good knowledge in cloud technology, particularly with Azure.
3. Experience in Windows servers administration, Linux is a plus.
4. Familiar with virtualization technology, especially in VMware.
5. Knowledge of databases (Microsoft SQL) and interest in automation.
6. Collaboration & teamwork, with the ability to work in an agile development environment.
7. Good level of English both written and spoken.
