Your responsibilities

• Own one or more core infrastructure domains (e.g., Azure, Intune, Citrix, Networking)
• Manage and improve infrastructure in a primarily Azure-based environment with on-prem network components
• Apply security-first thinking to design, deployment, and daily operations
• Automate repetitive work using tools like Ansible or Azure DevOps
• Lead and contribute to infrastructure projects from planning to delivery
• Support complex issues (3rd line), perform root cause analysis, and maintain system health
• Join the on-call duty rotation (compensated) to support incident response
• Collaborate closely with support, application, and security teams
• Improve documentation, standardization, and internal IT processes
• Foster a strong team culture by sharing knowledge and supporting others

Requirements

• 4 - 7 years in IT infrastructure engineering roles
• Strong Azure experience (IaaS, PaaS, Azure AD / Entra, Conditional Access, RBAC)
• Hands-on with Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint compliance
• Experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory
• Solid Microsoft 365 admin skills (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, licensing)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to security
• Excellent communication with both IT and business stakeholders
• Fluent in English (Dutch or other group languages a plus)
• Bonus: Certifications (AZ-104), experience with Citrix Cloud, Cisco, Barracuda, Ansible, or SolarWinds
