Information Technology Technician – Job Opportunity!

We are looking for a IT Technician to join our team and support IT hardware deployments at client retail locations across Spain. This includes installing and retiring servers, printers, and other retail peripherals, as well as collecting data, testing equipment, and collaborating with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install and retire IT hardware such as servers, printers, and retail peripherals (e.g., scanners, cash drawers).
• Manage cable installations and basic configuration of devices.
• Perform site surveys and collect data (photos, inventory).
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in Spanish and English.
• Follow installation guidelines and maintain quality standards.

Requirements :

• Experience in IT hardware deployment or support roles.
• Basic understanding of servers, printers, and peripherals.
• Good communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to travel across Spain and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or Sundays.
