Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance across the organization. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operations in both office and production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to staff across departments
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, data access, performance, and network issues
  • Install, configure, maintain, and repair IT equipment and systems

Qualifications:
