Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Valladolid, Spain. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and IT assistance to end users, requiring strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach.

Job Responsibilities: Provide first/second level support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues, document steps in ticketing system, coordinate with third-party vendors, support various operating systems and hardware, and perform preventive maintenance. Support includes troubleshooting Windows OS, MS Office, printers, and hardware, with basic knowledge of Mac OS and network troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field, CompTIA A+, MCP or higher, 2+ years of IT experience, proficiency with Windows 7-10, Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, hardware troubleshooting, mobile device management, and helpdesk systems. Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Adaptability to a fast-changing environment is required.
