Tamarind Intelligence is seeking an IT Product Manager to own a critical invoicing and fiscal compliance platform across Europe, based in Barcelona with hybrid work (4 days remote). You will coordinate with Finance, Tax, Legal, Operations and Engineering to ensure compliant invoice generation and robust processes.

The role blends product ownership with regulatory understanding, stakeholder management and leadership in a fast-moving, international context. Fluent English required.

Formación

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in complex corporate environments.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, billing, and finance processes or Order-to-Cash flows.
• Ability to map end-to-end business processes and system interactions across teams.
• Proven experience coordinating with senior stakeholders across business and tech functions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
• Strong ownership mindset with proactive, structured, detail-oriented work style.
• Experience in international and cross-functional settings.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

We are partnering with a leading international retail and technology organization undergoing a major transformation of its business and finance platforms across Europe.

We are looking for a IT Product Manager to own a business-critical invoicing and fiscal compliance platform that supports operations across multiple European countries. This role combines product ownership, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, and leadership responsibilities within a highly international environment.

The Role

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that invoicing processes remain accurate, compliant, and reliable across different markets while coordinating closely with Finance, Tax, Legal, Operations, and Engineering teams.

You will lead a team and play a key role in translating business and regulatory requirements into clear product priorities and deliverables.
