Una empresa innovadora está en busca de un Gerente de Producto Técnico para liderar proyectos estratégicos en el ámbito de los sistemas de pago. En este rol, serás responsable de definir y gestionar requisitos técnicos, liderar la expansión de modelos de pago y explorar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Formación

• 2 años de experiencia en proyectos de tecnología y fintech, preferiblemente en pagos digitales.
• Conocimiento avanzado de integraciones API y arquitectura de pagos.

We are currently looking for a Technical Product Manager to support the management and oversight of strategic projects related to payment systems.

The Role

1. Defining and managing technical and operational requirements for integration with strategic partners (Fintechs, payment processors, international schemes) to ensure efficient implementation.
2. Leading the expansion of the escrow payment model in partnership with Marketplaces, ensuring its effective development.
3. Exploring and pursuing new business opportunities outside the company’s traditional scope.
4. Contributing to strategic planning by supporting key decision-making processes.

What you must have

1. 2 years of experience in technology and fintech projects, preferably in digital payments.
2. Advanced knowledge of API integrations, payment architecture, and fintech solutions.
3. Ability to analyze and resolve technical and operational gaps in new integrations.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
5. Strong ability to manage multiple projects in an organized manner.
6. Intermediate/Advanced English and fluent Spanish.
7. Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
8. Knowledge of fintech regulations (PSD2, PCI DSS, Open Banking).

As part of the team, you will play a key role in strategic initiatives such as

1. Oversee and coordinate strategic payment projects, ensuring proper planning and execution.
2. Design and implement technical and operational processes for integrations with technology partners, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
3. Manage the implementation of escrow payments in new Marketplaces, aligning technical requirements with business needs.
4. Act as a bridge between technical teams, business areas, and strategic partners to facilitate communication and decision-making.
5. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and business growth.
6. Coordinate with internal teams (development, operations, legal, compliance) to ensure the feasibility and execution of key projects.
7. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management with key data for strategic planning.
