Information Technology Infrastructure Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Infrastructure Team Lead to oversee and coordinate IT infrastructure projects within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to design and implement IT infrastructure solutions within project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure compliance of digital scope and systems with policies, standards, and best practices.
• Advocate for and promote a digital-enabled IT infrastructure.
• Develop cost estimates and project schedules for IT infrastructure initiatives.
• Provide regular updates during weekly status meetings.
• Contribute to project documentation such as Basis of Design and lifecycle documentation.
• Support construction activities, including walkdowns and sign-offs for physical IT infrastructure installation.
• Manage hardware inventory and coordinate hardware configuration and installation.
• Collaborate on audiovisual and security aspects of projects.

Knowledge and Experience

• Experience with physical implementation of network and server hardware, telecom rooms, and cabling.
• Understanding of logical networking and virtualized computing infrastructure.

Assets include experience in project leadership, technical project management, and manufacturing facility construction.
