About the role :
As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will play a key role in securing our SaaS applications, cloud environments, and enterprise security infrastructure. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate risks, deploy security tools, implement technical controls, and strengthen the organization's overall security posture. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with both technical expertise and theoretical knowledge in Cybersecurity, with a focus on cloud environments.
What you will do at Fever
First month:
- Integrate into the team and participate in planning and follow-up meetings.
- Meet various departments within Fever.
- Familiarize yourself with Fever's technological structure and ecosystem.
- Understand security processes, tools, and the overall security landscape.
After 3 months:
- Design and implement technical solutions to manage cybersecurity risks.
- Participate in security reviews for SaaS applications and cloud environments.
- Contribute to deploying security tools organization-wide.
- Create and refine technical security guidelines.
- Assist in evaluating and selecting new security tools and processes.
On your 6th month:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide security guidance and best practices.
- Take ownership of security tools and controls implementation.
- Perform ongoing cyber risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
- Research latest cybersecurity trends and provide insights to enhance security posture.
Key responsibilities
- Implement security measures for SaaS and cloud services.
- Conduct technical cyber risk assessments and recommend improvements.
- Manage and optimize security configurations in Cloud & IT environments.
- Administer security tools and ensure proper deployment.
- Provide guidance on security tools and technologies.
- Develop security guidelines and best practices documentation.
- Educate stakeholders on security best practices and risk mitigation.
About you
Must have:
- Hands-on experience with security tool administration and implementation.
- Experience conducting technical cyber risk assessments.
- Strong experience in securing SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and GCP security best practices.
- Understanding of cloud security architectures (access management, identity, network security, patching, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to drive security initiatives.
- At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or IT security roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluent in English.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Google Security, or equivalent.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for security automation.
